Pre-Auction Help Needed

The auction committee has some immediate needs that we hope parents can help respond to this week.  We need specific volunteers for the following:

Ticket Sales Lead This is best if you are at school in the am/pm. We will have tickets and registration forms printed. Starting April 4th you need to be able to be at school hopefully Wed and Friday after school to sell both auction and raffle tickets (We can substitute some time if you can’t be there.) You need to track names in our google doc or another spreadsheet. And follow-up with odd ball requests. The week of the auction you might need to come in the am as well. Each day it should only be about 45 mins of selling.

Family Donation Lead This is best if you are at the school a couple of times per week. You will have to go to each classroom and collect the family donation slips at least 2x per week. Follow-up with any odd ball requests. And be available the week of the auction to collect the items at drop off and pick-up. You will have a little paperwork to do as well.

Grade Level Basket Lead This is best if you are at school a couple of times per week. We have the boxes but they need to be decorated/identified for each grade level. You will need to put them out at the wings but they need to be secure so you will have to talk to the teachers about what is best. You will periodically empty boxes. And then work with auction committee to assemble them.
