Korematsu News

Yesterday the KPTO and Korematsu Elementary joint-sponsored an assembly for the students. Cary Trivanovich came to the campus and gave a performance to the K-3rd graders and another to the 4th-6th graders. During the assembly, he told the kids that they could go to http://www.coolassemblies.com/ to watch some of his videos if they wanted to share it with their parents. Ask your kids about the assembly if you haven’t heard about it from them yet, as the message that Cary gave to the kids was an important one that will help our ongoing effort to improve the climate at a school.

Every Wednesday morning in the Music Room from 8:10 – 8:40 am your auction co-chairs, Gerrit Michael and Trish Marshall, will be available. If you would like to sign-up to be on a committee or donate an item or simply want to find out what is going on please stop by. We are just getting started so your ideas are really helpful at this point.

This Thursday morning there will be a meeting for parents that want to volunteer on the playground. The meeting will occur at 8:00AM in the music room on campus.
