Auction Update – A few items left!

Friday night was a remarkable event for Korematsu. The Asian Pacific Festival and Silent Auction was a huge success thanks to all the parents, teachers, staff, community members and businesses. The Auction Committee is especially grateful to all the volunteers who helped the night run smoothly.

It’s not to late to contribute

We have a few items that are still available. We hope you would consider signing up and help Korematsu reach it’s goal.

  • 106- Popcorn Party with Mrs. Sobtokka -$20 per child
  • 115 – Popcorn Party and Ice Cream Sundaes with Mrs. Sater – $20 per child
  • 124 – Tour the Crocker Art Museum with Mrs. Krueger- only 2 spots left. $35 per child
  • 505- Scrapbook Pajama Party- This is not just for adults- kids will have a great time making cards or designing scrapbook pages. -$20
  • 512 – Texas Hold’em – your $30 donation is your entrance fee to this fun filled night of poker. Experience not necessary, just a willingness to have fun. No additional money needed.
  • 504- Mojito After Dinner Party- Come for part or all of this Cuban inspired evening. $35 per person
  • 608-B Davis Swim and Fitness- one month pass -$60
  • 1002- Financial Planning- Take advantage of this great offer- $50
  • 904- Beautiful Knitted bowl- $20 Makes a great gift for someone.

If we can sell these last few items we could raise $1700 more for Korematsu.

Free non-contact football clinic for 5-8 year olds

The Davis Junior Blue Devils will be hosting a FREE non-contact football clinic for 5-8 year olds on Saturday, June 5th Emerson Junior High. This is a great opportunity for the young aspiring Blue Devil (boy or girl) to give football a try without those really big kids getting in their way! . Registration begins at 8:30 AM and the clinic will run from 9-10:30 AM. But the fun doesn’t stop there: each participant will get a free ticket to the DHS Blue and White Foundation’s Concert on the Green at the Wildhorse Golf Course that night! So join in the fun and give football a try.
